MEET JOSIE HART

Hi, I’m Josie! I’ve been gifted with three sons and two daughters - one daughter passed on but remains a constant presence in Spirit. Oh! And grandmother (she calls me Yaya :) to one.

I created The Sweet Spot to hold space for women who are ready to incorporate radical self-care with conscious parenting.

At the intersection of parenthood, self-awareness, and spirituality, I help mom’s find alignment in order to parent from a place of connection.
